Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences - Helsinki, Finland

The HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences introduced its first Hospitality programmes in 1969. The School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, known as the Haaga Institute, organizes bachelor level full-time and multi-form distance learning programmes in hospitality management in English, leading to a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree. The School also offers degree programmes in Finnish and Master´s programmes both in Finnish and English. Haaga Institute is known as a forerunner in the field of service industries. The School is demanding and aims to lead the way in innovative skills and know-how to promote pioneerism and professional growth of its students. The training hotel, Best Western Hotel Haaga, is connected to the school. The hotel consists of 121 single and double rooms, 2 restaurants, exclusive sauna department and conference facilities for several hundred guests. Students in the Finnish-speaking programmes normally complete the first practical training period in Hotel Haaga.

Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) - Montréal

Founded in 1968, the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) is governed by a board of directors composed of executives from the hotel and tourism industries. It offers university-level programs, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Hotel and Foodservice Management, which is given in partnership with the Université du Québec à Montréal. The ITHQ also offers a program created specifically for the directors of a major Canadian network of seniors’ residences (Allegro Residences), as well the Advanced Studies in International Hotel Management program, which was designed for the international market and resembles an applied sciences program. Half of the 25 programs offered at ITHQ pertain to tourism and hotel management, while the others deal with cuisine, wine stewardship and service. The ITHQ owns a 42-room commercial “teaching hotel,” as well as a research and expertise centre dedicated to the hotel and food service industries. Every year, the school provides its students with over 1,000 supervised internships in prestigious establishments, most of which are located in North America and Europe.

Niagara University - Niagara Falls, New York

Norwegian School of Hotel Management, University of Stavanger - Norway

Norwegian School of Hotel Management is part of the University of Stavanger and is the second oldest hotel school of the world. The school introduced its first Hospitality program in 1912. The school is cooperating with universities all over the world for student and teacher exchange programs and research. Currently the school has about 550 students in its programs. Norwegian School of Hotel Management offers three programs; Bachelor of Tourism Management, Bachelor of Hotel Management and International Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Leadership. The Pacific International Hotel Management School - New Zealand

Founded in 1995, The Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS) is the only fully residential hotel school in New Zealand where students can live and study in a simulated hotel environment.  PIHMS offers a range of dedicated hotel management programmes at undergraduate, bachelor and post graduate levels, which are all accredited through the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.  PIHMS also has accreditations with the International Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (IHTTI) of Neuchatel, Switzerland, to offer a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management and the Australian Hospitality Review Panel to offer an Australian Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management.
Universidad del Este: International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management - Caroline, Puerto Rico

The International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management established its Bachelor Degree program in 1996. In May of 1997, ISTHM acquired the Hotel School of Puerto Rico (Isla Verde) from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company offering certificate programs in such areas as culinary arts, bartending, and travel agency. ISTHM was established to help meet the growing demand for professional training and education in the increasing complex tourism and hospitality industry in Puerto Rico and the surrounding regions. ISTHM currently offers Bachelor Degrees in Hotel Management, Event and Conventions Planning and Food and Beverage Management.
Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola - Lima, Peru

The School of Hospitality Management of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola was founded in 1996 and since then has become the premier institution of its kind in Peru. It represents the American Hotel & Lodging Association in Peru; and is also a member of the Institute Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance.
